As always, when we close for the season, it's a little bittersweet. We are extremely thankful for everyone that came to visit. It's amazing to see our wonderful customers/friends year after year. We get such an eclectic mix from around the world.
We have closed our Amsterdam shop for the season and will re-open in March 2025; again in the historic Nine Streets (Negen Straatjes) at Prinsengracht 234. Until then, our pieces are exclusively carried here, on our website.

If you've recently gone to www.thebluehound.com, you have been gently guided to our european website. What happened? We decided to consolidate the two places. Our .nl site has our most up-to-date pieces. Also, we ship from our home base of Amsterdam.
The good news is that we offer €22 FedEx Economy shipping to North America and, better yet, you'll shop VAT free ( a little surprise that you'll see at check-out). When you shop, you'll see all of our prices are VAT inclusive (by law) for our European customers. If we ship to you outside of the Euro zone, the VAT will be deducted at check-out. Not bad!
