Processing Times Orders are usually processed within 7 business days. Custom or made-to-order pieces may require additional production time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase. Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Destinations We ship worldwide from the Netherlands. Delivery times vary by destination and are estimates only — they do not include processing time and may be affected by customs clearance delays.

  • Netherlands & Belgium: 1–3 business days
  • European Union: 3–7 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5–10 business days
  • United States & Canada: 7–14 business days
  • Rest of World: 10–21 business days

Shipping Costs Shipping costs are stated at checkout based on destination. 

Import Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties, customs fees, and local taxes may be levied by the destination country's customs authority upon arrival. These charges are entirely the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total or shipping cost paid at checkout.

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount, as they vary by country, product type, and declared value. If you are unsure what charges may apply, we recommend contacting your local customs office before placing your order.

Please note:

  • United States: All shipments are subject to US import duties regardless of order value. No de minimis exemption currently applies.
  • United Kingdom: Orders may be subject to UK VAT and import duties upon delivery.
  • If a customer refuses delivery due to unexpected duties or taxes, return shipping costs and any duties incurred will be deducted from any applicable refund.

Tracking All orders are shipped with tracking. A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched. The Blue Hound is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs authorities.

Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within [7 days] of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. We recommend retaining all original packaging for any damage claims.

Returned-to-Sender Shipments If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to pay customs charges, the customer is responsible for the cost of re-shipping. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Force Majeure We are not liable for shipping delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to customs delays, natural disasters, strikes, or carrier disruptions.
